Order Confirmation and Advance Payment

All bag orders with KoshClub are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. Payment details will be shared after verbal confirmation of order over call or in person. This payment reserves your order slot in our production schedule and helps us begin raw material planning and manufacturing preparation.

Refund Eligibility and Timelines

  • Buyers can raise a refund request within 12 hours of placing the order on the KoshClub website or via our sales representatives.
  • Any request received after the 12-hour window will not qualify for a refund as the production workflow may already have started.

Refund Processing and Duration

If approved, your refund will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the advance transaction. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10-12 working days, depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
