At Kosh Club, we design and manufacture bags with care, precision, and purpose. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we aim to make the return and refund process transparent and fair for both you and us.
We offer a 5-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:Kosh Club currently sells bags only.
All bags are eligible for return unless:Return eligibility, if restricted, is always mentioned on the product or offer page.
A ₹200 return shipment charge is deducted to cover logistics partner costs.
Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.
A refund will be issued after deducting shipping, COD, and handling charges once the item is received back at our warehouse.
Opened-package videos or delayed claims may not be accepted.
