All bag orders with KoshClub are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. Payment details will be shared after verbal confirmation of order over call or in person. This payment reserves your order slot in our production schedule and helps us begin raw material planning and manufacturing preparation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the advance transaction. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10-12 working days, depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
